What we provide

405 Leads, a brand of Jay Triad Ventures LLC, builds and manages Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and lead pages that send homeowner inquiries to local home-service contractors. Each client's work is covered by a written service agreement; these terms summarize how billing works.

Pricing and billing

• Performance plan: $500 per month plus $30 per qualified lead delivered.
• Flat plan: $750 per month.
• The monthly fee is billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Per-lead charges are invoiced weekly or at month-end with an itemized lead list.
• Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta on your own card and ad account. We never bill, hold or mark up ad spend.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time with 7 days' notice by text or email. We stop your campaigns, and fees already earned and leads already delivered remain due.

Refund policy

• Monthly fees: the monthly fee covers setup and management work done for that month and is non-refundable once the month has started. If you cancel, you are not billed for the following month.
• Lead disputes: if you believe a lead did not meet the agreed qualified-lead definition (for example a duplicate, a fake number or an out-of-area request), tell us within 5 days of delivery. Leads we agree were not qualified are credited or refunded.
• Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly, we will correct it and refund the difference.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

No guarantee of jobs

We deliver leads, not completed jobs. We do not guarantee that any lead will hire you or that you will reach a particular revenue. You are responsible for your own work, licensing, insurance, estimates and contracts with homeowners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
